He has played instrumental roles in the formation and success of six early-stage, healthcare technology companies, including 14 months working at the Afferent Corporation, which was the early pioneer of Phoenix's technology.

Jonothan C. Tierce, C.Phil., Govt. Strategy Dr. Tierce has over 30 years of experience in health economics and outcomes research. He co-founded the global consulting firm, ValueMedics Research, LLC, that was purchased by IMS Health in 2007. He has used his expertise in obtaining governmental approvals for reimbursement and extensive network of European contacts to shape Phoenix's reimbursement strategy in the EU.

Danny Warshay, Business Strategy Mr. Warshay is the former co-founder and managing director of Health Business Partners and serves on the Boards of six venture-backed companies. His deep entrepreneurial experience has been central to the formation and execution of Phoenix's strategic plan.

Christopher Bull, Ph.D., Product Development Dr. Bull directs Brown University's Materials Research Science and Engineering Center and has degrees in mechanical and electrical engineering. He has directed Phoenix's technology development program and has used his knowledge base to inform Phoenix's product development efforts.
